Refund & Order Policy
At MooMallow, every batch is handmade with care and packaged fresh for you. Because our marshmallows are a perishable food product, we are unable to accept returns.
That said, your experience matters deeply to us — and we stand behind the quality of what we create.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is a quality issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at help@moomallow.com and include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We’ll review your message promptly and work with you to make it right. Depending on the situation, this may include a replacement or refund.
Shipping Delays
Once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
Please double-check your address before completing your purchase.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because our marshmallows are made in small batches, orders begin processing quickly.
If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once production has begun or the order has shipped.
